EXCLUSIVE: Labour Cll Leader Harassed Man For Objecting To Antisemitism – Tried To Have Him Sacked By Employer

A MAN with Jewish heritage was upset to find that the leader of Greenwich Council had tried to have him sacked from his job following his objection to antisemitic graffiti.

Tom Bright, a respected local resident and former Parliamentary candidate for The Brexit Party, became the target of Labour Council leader Danny Thorpe after speaking out against rising cases of anti-Jewish bigotry – even trying to have Bright disciplined, or even potentially dismissed by his employer.

Bright had simply tweeted out his objection to antisemitic graffiti in the London borough, saying: “It’s absolutely disgraceful to see antisemitic graffiti in Greenwich. Let’s remember it’s run by Labour who are under investigation by the EHRC and many in Labour still refuse to acknowledge the IHRA definition of antisemitism.”

Shortly after – despite everything in his tweet being factual – Bright was stunned to find that his employer had been contacted by Labour council leader Danny Thorpe in a bid to punish him – clearly displeased with criticism and the right of his constituents to exercise freedom of speech.

“The Leader of Greenwich contacted my employer informally to make a complaint about his disagreements with social media comments” Bright told VoteWatch. “One complaint involved the fact that I raised the issue of Labour being investigated by EHRC – I’m of Jewish heritage.

“He first made a complaint about a tweet that I posted condemning antisemitic graffiti in Greenwich and referred to Greenwich being run by Labour and the EHRC report. I’ve made a complaint to the Labour Party but haven’t heard back despite being told they’re investigating.”

Mr Bright also registered a complaint with Greenwich council, only to find it fall on deaf ears and go dismissed. “The council seemed to have covered it up and LGO won’t investigate” he said.

Bright isn’t the only one to raise valid concerns relating to alleged harassment at the hands of Labour officials. Last week VoteWatch exclusively revealed that Oldham Council Leader Sean Fielding had been reported to the police by multiple constituents who accuse him of bullying behaviour and contacting their employers in an attempt to have them sacked.

“It has been a very upsetting experience to be a Greenwich resident who has been targeted and harassed by someone in public office who is entrusted by the public” Mr Bright added. “The council Leader is aware of my Jewish background. I feel deliberately targeted for condemning antisemitism within the local area and highlighting Labour Party antisemitism as well as generally holding the council to account.

“It’s also shocking and scary to see that the council Leader, with the apparent involvement of the Chief Executive and Director of Children’s services, has been attempting to censor a local resident’s social media comments, who he personally disagrees with, by making persistent and vexatious complaints to their employer.

“I think at the very least an apology is owed.”

EXCLUSIVE: Labour Cll Leader Reported To Police Over Multiple Claims Of Harassment & Bullying Of Anti-Grooming Gang Campaigners

THE Labour Leader of Oldham Council, Sean Fielding, has been reported to the police by multiple angry constituents over allegations that he harassed them and attempted to have them sacked by their employers after they spoke out against grooming gangs.

The majority of those who came forward to VoteWatch have been granted anonymity over their fears of reprisals. One lady, a University student, told us: “Sean Fielding has been on a smear and harassment campaign trying to get people sacked from their jobs or thrown out of university. I know because I have been on the receiving end of his lies. More victims of the same coming forward.

“Others who have been similarly affected include an ex-police officer who now works in rehabilitation services for ex offenders (he is also standing against Sean Fielding in the next local council election). He and his daughter were also targeted, with Sean Fielding telephoning the school where she works, maliciously alleging that she was a danger to children, which was outrageous and completely unfounded. Another victim is a senior tax inspector. We were all targeted in a similar way with false allegations being made against us by emails or telephone calls to employers/institutions. In my case I’m not employed, but am a PhD student with a scholarship. If I had been made to leave my research I would have experienced financial hardship.”

All those whom VoteWatch spoke to confirmed that they had registered official reports with the police, and others went into further detail, including a local resident who has campaigned against what he alleges to be a cover-up by Oldham Council over its alleged lack of action against grooming gangs, and relayed fears that their victimisation would see the same fate.

“Fielding has influence with Oldham police” he said. “It doesn’t help that he is very friendly with Andy Burnham. There’s some serious dirt with this council – they even tried to hush up a council member called Rod Blyth who was a councillor for many years and was found guilty of producing child porn images and was put on the register for 10 years! The council are claiming that they knew nothing about it, yet another arrogant comeback by Fielding revealed the council implemented safeguarding when they were informed of the investigation.”

“Fielding contacted the employers of at least 5 people who’s only crimes had been either liking posts by Raja Miah [an anti-grooming activist] or commenting on allegations. He wrote saying they were far right activists and racists amongst other things, and even defamed whistleblower cop Pete Jackson and described him as a disgraced ex cop, which he certainly isn’t.”

“Another activist of the local group ‘Oldham Together’ led a peaceful protest against Cllr fielding last week. Police attended and then left her alone, saying she had broken no laws. Yet today, two police officers turned up and it was basically to intimidate her. I truly believe this was on Fielding’s influence again. People are feeling like they have no-one to turn to and that Fielding is teflon.”

One of the complainants – annoyed by what some have described as the police ‘dragging their heels’ over their police reports – has taken matters into his own hands, issuing a letter informing the Council’s solicitor of his intent to take legal action.

A petition has also since been set up by some of his alleged victims. The supporting text reads:

“The Labour Party Leader of Oldham Council SEAN FIELDING has been reported to Greater Manchester Police by multiple victims for harrasment, malicious communication and hate crime. Each of the victims have crime reference numbers and have submitted their evidence to the police.

“Following complaints, Oldham Council has officially distanced itself from their leader attempting to claim that Cllr Fielding acted of his own volition.

“Whilst the victims have been waiting months to simply provide statements, the police have seen fit to visit the home of a local campaigner to warn her for harrasment. Her crime, exercising her right to free speech and protesting against the Council hiding from the residents of the town that one of their Councillors was convicted for child sex offences.

“It is now looking increasingly that in Oldham, politicians are not only above the law, but that they also have the power to direct the police to do their bidding.

“The people of Oldham, and all those from across the country that have witnessed these events with dismay, now call on the Home Secretary to urgently intervene and ensure that the same law applies to politicians as it does everyone else.”

Meanwhile, some have raised personal concerns that their complaints will not be dealt with properly or will be ‘swept under the rug’. These concerns focus mainly around Cllr Fielding’s alleged close relationship with the local Police and Crime Commissioner, but also draws on previous mistrust over those who work with and support him.

One of these concerns is based on Arooj Shah, the Labour Deputy Council Leader for Oldham’s alleged connections with convicted criminals, after the below graphic went viral on social media.

VoteWatch will provide an update on the story when one becomes available.

CORBYN Outrageously Allowed Back Into Party, But Loses The Whip – Will Now Sit As An Independent MP

JEREMY Corbyn has lost the Labour Party whip, causing mass hysteria and outrage from the far-left of the party.

The controversial former Labour leader was suspended for criticising the EHRC report that condemned the rife antisemitism that took place under his leadership and that still continues to ravage the left-wing party.

Yet new leader Keir Starmer has been seen to take a tougher stance against antisemites and transgressors among the Labour ranks in recent months, in an effort to reestablish trust in Labour among voting members of the public.

Despite being reinstated to the party, he will not being allowed to stand as a Labour MP in the future unless Starmer and the NEC decide to reinstate the whip.

Corbyn hit back in a zoom call released by the Conservative blog Guido Fawkes, in which he stated that ‘Islington now again has a Labour MP’ – showing clear defiance to Starmer’s ruling.

As Twitter became awash with mad rants from far-left Corbynistas, Starmer reitterated his stance on tackling the dire antisemitism issue blighting his party:

LABOUR MP Claims Over £45k Expenses – Including £500-a-Night Posh Hotel Stay

LABOUR MP Zarah Sultana has been criticised for ‘taking advantage’ of the taxpayer and her expenses privileges as an MP – spending over £45,000 in just her first year of office alone.

The MP for Coventry South won her seat in the 2019 General Election by a mere 401 vote majority, in what some have described as ‘suspicious circumstances’ following reports of alleged vote fraud in the area.

Yet just a year into the job, Sultana’s expenses return shows a reckless splurge of the public purse – claiming for a variety of items and services, ranging from £2,842 in travel costs, to over £17,500 on rent alone.

On 17th January, 2020, the controversial MP also splashed-out £525 on a one-night-stay in a London hotel, which she excused as ‘Parliamentary Business’.

It is not the first time that Sultana has found herself in hot water with the public.

During her election campaign, The Jewish Chronicle reported that in 2015, while she was a student, Sultana made social media posts from a subsequently deleted account which implied that she would celebrate the deaths of former Labour prime minister Tony Blair, Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and former US president George W. Bush. Sultana also has also publicly given her support to “violent resistance” by Palestinians to Israel.

DIANE Abbott Thinks Uyghur Is a Country – MP Tweets Out Idiotic Apology After Caught On Call With Genocide-Deniers

ABBOTT’S at it again – this time making yet another witless and ignorant comment after admitting to being on an online meeting joined by deniers of the ongoing Chinese genocide against the Muslim Uyghurs.

After recently being caught on a zoom call in which she reiterated her infamous racist comments against white people, the Labour MP and staunch Corbyn ally confessed in a tweet: “On Saturday I took part in an online meeting entitled “Uniting against racism and the new cold war”.

“I had no idea that there were people on the call who denied Chinese harassment and massacres of Muslims in Uyghur. The treatment of these communities is a human rights violation.”

Her apology was quickly pounced on by critics who pointed out her ignorance of the dire situation in China, and bizarre belief that Uyghur is a place rather than a people.

The Uyghurs are a Turkic-speaking minority ethnic group originating from and culturally affiliated with the general region of Central and East Asia.

The growing persecution of the Uyghurs has come under the media spotlight in recent months, after viral online videos were shown depicting thousands of Muslims being packed onto trains and allegedly taken to one of the ‘work camps’ run by the state – reminding many of scenes from the holocaust.

The Chinese government stands accused of propagating a policy of sinicization in Xinjiang in the 21st century, with critics calling this policy an ethnocide or a cultural genocide of Uyghurs, and many human rights experts calling it a genocide.

In particular, critics have highlighted the concentration of Uyghurs in state-sponsored re-education camps, suppression of Uyghur religious practices and testimonials of alleged human rights abuses including forced sterilization and contraception, and human organ harvesting.

Chinese authorities have recently confirmed that birth rates among the Uyghur community dropped by almost a third in 2018 in Xinjiang, but – true to form – denied reports of mass forced sterilization.

US senators are now backing a bid to officially declare the ongoing situation in China as a genocide.

SECOND Labour MP Faces Losing Seat – Claudia Webbe On Bail After Pleading Not Guilty To Harassment Charge

WITH MP Apsana Begum due in court on the 10th December charged with housing fraud, MP Claudia Webbe has become the second MP from the Labour Party at risk of losing her seat, after being charged with harrassment.

Webbe, who was elected Labour MP for Leicester East in December 2019, was charged with one count of harassment against a woman on September 28th.

The 55-year-old from Islington made numerous abusive unwanted telephone calls to the female, a court has heard, and has pleaded not guilty to one charge of harassment during a 20-minute hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

Webbe spoke only to confirm her name, her age, and her address and to formally enter her not guilty plea.

In a statement on 28 September, Webbe said: “I am innocent of any wrongdoing and look forward to proving this in court.”

“I will be vigorously defending myself against these claims.”

Webbe has, however, acknowledged that the calls were made.

Webbe was released on unconditional bail and the trial was rescheduled to 16th March 2021.

The Metropolitan Police supplied evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service detailing claims of harassment between 1st September 2018 and 26th April 2020.

Jenny Hopkins, of the Crown Prosecution Service, said: “Criminal proceedings against Ms Webbe are now active and she has the right to a fair trial. It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”

The ongoing trial comes as another scandalous blow to the Labour Party, as Tower Hamlets MP – a close associate of disgraced ‘vote-rigger’ Lutfur Rahman – was officially charged for housing fraud.

Apsana Begum, 29, was given a £330,000 desirable riverside property just months after moving out of her estranged husband’s home. Official complaints were made over how the far-left Corbynista leapt to the top of a 18,000-strong housing list, despite having no children.

Apsana Begum is due to appear in court on the 10th December

Allegedly using her contacts at the council, Begum is thought to have applied for a council flat while living with her family in 2011. Begum moved in with her husband in 2014 but the couple split a year later.

Within just six months Ms Begum was offered the one-bed Isle of Dogs flat in a riverside block – jumping her own constituents; families and vulnerable residents, some of whom have been waiting desperately on the list for years.

Tower Hamlets only has the capacity to house 1,700 people per year, on a list of over 18,000 applicants.

A source from a political organisation in Tower Hamlets said: “She’s still in the flat despite earning £82,000 plus expenses a year as MP, and yet has the audacity to complain about housing shortages. The council are taking their time to ensure all their ducks are in a row. It has the potential to be bigger than the Onasanya saga”.

Fiona Onasanya, a former Peterborough Labour MP, was outed by her constituents via a recall petition after being caught and convicted for lying about a driving offence.

Section 1 of the Recall Act dictates that the Speaker of the House can trigger a recall petition if a sitting MP received a custodial sentence of under a year. Anything over a year leads to automatic dismissal of the MP without the need for a petition.

If either Begum or Webbe are handing a custodial sentence, they are automatically prone to having to undergo such a petition and risk being booted from the commons.

LABOUR MP STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR HOUSING FRAUD

THE investigation into Labour MP Apsana Begum over allegations of housing fraud are still ongoing, Tower Hamlets Council has reconfirmed.

Apsana Begum, 29, was given a £330,000 desirable riverside property just months after moving out of her estranged husband’s home. Official complaints were made over how the far-left Corbynista leapt to the top of a 18,000-strong housing list, despite having no children.

The councillor’s daughter has been dogged by controversy because of her close links to former mayor of Tower Hamlets Lutfur Rahman, who was banned for vote-rigging, yet who continues to work behind the scenes in the crime-riddled London borough, and who supported Begum throughout her successful election bid.

Allegedly using her contacts at the council, Begum is thought to have applied for a council flat while living with her family in 2011. Begum moved in with her husband in 2014 but the couple split a year later.

The reference is to Fiona Onasanya – another Labour MP who lost the seat she’d previously won in Peterborough with the help of a convicted vote-rigger, after being imprisoned for lying in court over a speeding offence.

Tower Hamlets issued the following statement:

“The council takes housing fraud very seriously. It would be inappropriate for us to comment on any specific allegations, but the public can be confident that any concerns are investigated by an experienced team in line with our procedures. The nature of these investigations means they can take a number of months to complete. It is right that the desire for speed is balanced against the need to be accurate and thorough.”

VoteWatch will update shortly.
