BREAKING: Labour’s Angela Rayner PROVEN To Have Lied And Committed Electoral Fraud – Now Faces Criminal Conviction

Last week, Greater Manchester Police announced they were ‘reassessing’ their original decision that deputy Labour leader Angela Rayner had done nothing wrong over allegations she registered to vote at her ex-council house while in fact letting her brother live there.

The alleged breaking of electoral law was fiercely denied by Rayner, whilst people who lived next to Sir Keir Starmer‘s number two before she became an MP have since told the Daily Mail that her claim she and her husband maintained separate homes following their 2010 marriage is “completely untrue”.

Rayner is not the only Labour MP to have broken electoral laws, with Corbynista Charlotte Nichols having lied on her nomination papers to help win her seat – only to avoid being prosecuted due to a technicality.

Following the serious allegations against Rayner, the Labour deputy has declined all television interviews.

Key witnesses against her include 83-year-old Sylvia Hampson, who lived next-door to Rayner’s then husband’s house just a mile away across Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Not mincing her words, she said the Labour frontbencher is ‘a f***ing liar’ if she was saying she hadn’t lived there with him.

The Mail on Sunday revealed a mystery over the fact that she was registered separately from her then-husband Mark on the electoral roll for five years after they married – with Ms Rayner insisting that she remained living at a council house she had bought under the right-to-buy scheme

Tory deputy chairman James Daly MP wrote to Greater Manchester Police in February following accusations of ‘hypocrisy’ over Ms Rayner’s complicated living arrangements prior to entering Parliament in 2015.

He asked them to investigate whether she committed an offence by remaining registered to vote at her ex-council house despite allegedly moving in with her husband.

The force later replied that following an ‘investigative review’ it had concluded there was ‘no case to answer’.

The Bury North MP responded with a series of questions including whether detectives had interviewed witnesses or examined documents relating to her living arrangements.

However, it later agreed to reassess that decision, which it said had been based on ‘a review of the relevant legislation’.

Additionally, Stockport Council is reviewing whether Ms Rayner claimed a single person’s council tax discount on the property, while allowing her brother to live there.

Questions over where Ms Rayner lived before becoming an MP have also led to scrutiny over whether she should have paid capital gains tax when she sold the property for a £48,500 profit in 2015.

Experts have estimated she would have faced a bill of at least £1,500 as married couples can only have one main residence for tax purposes.

In response, Ms Rayner has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

However, in another twist, today the Daily Mail provided full proof that Rayner has been lying, and thus did indeed commit electoral fraud.

“Now this newspaper has disproved her story by studying dozens of postings made by Ms Rayner on social media during that period showing her life with her children and cats at her husband’s address,” the Mail wrote.

“One of the photos from the property she claims not to have lived at was even posted with the caption ‘just got home’. In every case where there is a picture, the backdrop is the husband’s house.”

“It means Ms Rayner potentially faces a criminal conviction and a fine for a false declaration on the electoral roll – and under tax rules, married couples and civil couples can normally only count one property as their main home at any one time. The mother-of-three has refused to publish tax advice which she claims exonerates her – and has not shown it to party leader Sir Keir Starmer.”

Sorry, whether a person is Left or Right, guilt is guilt. Justice Is blind. Whether it be Boris and ‘ cake’ gate =action taken, or Starmer , and Beergate = a blind eye and NO action taken, all SHOULD have been treated equally.
